How Do I Use the MP3 Files?
Listen to your affirmations MP3 download in a place and at a
time where you won’t be disturbed. If you have to deal with
a situation whilst listening, you will be able to do so in
an appropriate manner. Once you have dealt with the
situation, if possible, go back to listening to the MP3
session.
- It is preferable that you
use headphones, with your eyes closed, whilst in a
relaxed state, sitting in an upright or semi-reclined
position.
- It is not necessary to focus
on every word that is being said to gain full benefit.
Your subconscious mind will be listening intently during
the entire session.
- We suggest that you listen
to your affirmations MP3 at least once or twice a day
until you achieve your desired outcome. After that, a
top-up listen is recommended at least once or twice a
month.
The importance of repetition cannot be overemphasised. It
is through repetition that these positive affirmations are
impressed into your subconscious mind.
You become what
you think about most, so utilise the
extreme power of repetition to create your new habits.
You may go the extra mile and select 10 – 15 of your
favourite affirmations. Start a journal and write each one
down at least three times every day. As soon as you finish
each one, say it out loud 3 times with total conviction.
As best as you can, get involved, get deeply emotional and
be as passionate as you can when saying the affirmations.
Feel them, and believe the affirmations to be true, as if
they have already manifested in your life.
Without a
committed decision, deep and passionate emotions, and an
unwavering
belief that you can make your goal a reality, the
affirmations will be ineffective.
The results and timeframe will vary from one person to
the other. Some may feel changes after a few listens, others
may take several months. Be committed and remain focused.
Persistence and repetition does work.
