Listen to your affirmations MP3 download in a place and at a time where you won’t be disturbed. If you have to deal with a situation whilst listening, you will be able to do so in an appropriate manner. Once you have dealt with the situation, if possible, go back to listening to the MP3 session.
- It is preferable that you use headphones, with your eyes closed, whilst in a relaxed state, sitting in an upright or semi-reclined position.
